Damages and Returns
PRODUCT DAMAGE
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you have a damaged item:
Notify us at hello@lovethatribbon.com within 14 days to discuss the return before sending anything back. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, if available, or refund.
Please save your packaging in the event we need to file a damage claim with either USPS or Fed Ex.
RETURNS
We want our customers to have a wonderful shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase:
Contact us at hello@lovethatribbon.com for a return authorization. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be refunded.
Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
Please enclose a copy of the return authorization.
Shipping fees for returned items are at the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
Refunds on returned items that reduce the original order below the $100 free shipping threshold will be reduced by our shipping cost.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
