Processing and Shipping

OUR ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING PROCESS:

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Love That Ribbon, Inc. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order is placed along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Love That Ribbon, Inc. will send a confirmation email with a tracking number that you may use to track the status of your order.

Order Fulfillment:

Fulfillment - We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Most times we start working on your order very quickly, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Typical time frames for order fulfillment are 2-5 business days depending on order volumes.  While most of the time orders are fulfilled between 1-2 business days – during periods of high order volume, holidays, or weekends, the fulfillment time may increase to 5-7 business days. A quicker shipping time estimate DOES NOT indicate a quicker fulfillment time.

If you have multiple orders and would like them combined, please email us at hello@lovethatribbon.com and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request if we see the two orders in time. If one order has already been packaged, the orders will ship separately.

Shipping:

Products are shipped using ground shipping. Shipping cost is calculated during check out. Love That Ribbon, Inc. will make every attempt to honor the shipping chosen at checkout by the customer. Typical shipping transit times range between 2-9 days depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 after any sales and/or discounts are applied. You must select the free shipping option during your checkout to have the free shipping honored. 

When free shipping is applied to an order, Love That Ribbon, Inc. will select the shipping method at their discretion.

International Shipping - Shipping selected during checkout by the customer will be honored when possible. Typical shipping transit times are 7-12 business days depending on location. Cost is calculated during checkout.

**Please note that Customs Fees/Taxes or border crossing fees are not collected by us or including in item pricing or shipping and must be paid by the receiver at delivery.
